<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Improvements to the management of the list for more informed planning decisions</h2>

<p>We have improved list management to rationalize and improve the list process, which makes it faster and more efficient than ever. These updates offer greater flexibility and visibility, allowing you to make smarter and more enlightened planning decisions.</p>
<p>Administrators and managers can now copy and paste changes directly into the list, which considerably reduces the time spent on repetitive planning tasks. This feature is available both in the cost list and the work sites and the position list.</p>
<p>We have also introduced a 14 -day weather temperature and forecasts directly into the list interface. This allows managers to proactively consider weather conditions during planning, to ensure the safety and comfort of their teams.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s already April, which means one thing: we&#8217;re back with another edition of the Employment Hero product update.  We&#8217;re sharing all the product updates we&#8217;ve been working hard on this year.</p>
<p>Over the past month, we&#8217;ve introduced incident security reporting, allowed you to add custom branding to your job postings, created more flexibility in performance reviews, and much more.  Everything is there and ready to use on the platform – let’s get started!</p>
<h2>Say Hello to the New Security Incident Report</h2>
<p>We&#8217;ve made it easier to get an overview of all security incidents occurring in your business.  We now offer a new standalone security incident report that you can find in<strong> Reports > Compliance</strong>.  The intention is to make all information available in one place with just one click.</p>
<p>Previously, the only way to create a security incident report was to create custom reports or upload a CSV file through My Incidents to get a complete snapshot of each individual incident.</p>
<p>The columns have been reorganized to prioritize the most valuable information for reporting purposes.  You will now be able to filter by:</p>
<ul>
<li aria-level="1">Relevant staff (within your organization)</li>
<li aria-level="1">Team</li>
<li aria-level="1">Location of personnel concerned</li>
</ul>
<p>You will also be able to download the security incident report in CSV format.</p>

<h2>Set up different evaluation schedules for managers and employees in performance reviews</h2>
<p>We know that every company has a different way of handling performance reviews, so we&#8217;ve improved this key feature by allowing you to configure different review deadlines.</p>
<p>When creating or updating a performance review period, admins now have the ability to separate the employee&#8217;s self-evaluation and the timing of the manager&#8217;s evaluation, with fields separate end date and lock date.</p>
<p>What might this look like in action?  You can set different due dates for employees and managers so that employees must complete the digital performance review before managers.</p>
<p>You can access this by navigating to the Performance > Performance Reviews > Manage Review Settings module.</p>

<h2>Expense report notifications are now sent to business emails</h2>
<p>You asked, we listened – and we&#8217;re excited to announce that expense report approval notifications are now sent to the manager&#8217;s work email address instead of the personal account email address of the manager.</p>

<h2>You can now preview job offers before publishing them on SEEK, JobStreet and JobsDB.</h2>
<p>Are you posting a new job offer on SEEK, JobStreet or JobsDB?  Now you can post with confidence by previewing the job before it goes live.  This means you can review the post and correct any errors before clicking publish.</p>
<p>You can preview your job offer by clicking on the “Preview your job offer” button.  The preview page includes a display of the ad and how it appears in search results on mobile and desktop devices.</p>

<h2>Add your own brand assets in the Recruitment module</h2>
<p>When posting to SEEK, JobStreet and JobsDB, you can now choose between all branded assets stored in your account from the recruiting module.</p>
<p>This feature can help your job posting stand out, as job seekers can quickly identify your logo and branding.  Previously, users could only select their brand option from a drop-down menu.</p>
