<p>Of course, if you haven&#8217;t had the chance to work with us yet, it might look like any other service a bit.</p>
<p>This is where this series of blogs comes into play!</p>
<p>&#8220;Meet the team&#8221; is my way of presenting some of our brilliant colleagues.</p>
<p>Thanks to a few quick questions, you will have an overview of the people behind our payroll output service.</p>
<p>In this edition, I had the pleasure of catching Kristen Mishler, senior pay analyst.</p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Q: What led you to pursue a payroll in pay?  </h2>
<p><em>“I took a job in a call center by taking charge of the phone for accounting software, and the first module I learned was the pay. </em></p>
<p><em>“I like people and puzzles, so pay is a perfect fit for me. </em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;One thing that really seduced me when I took the job with Mypay Solutions is that I would have a dedicated group of customers. </em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;I love being able to establish relationships with my customers and help them.&#8221;</em></p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Q: Can you tell us a bit about your role and what you do daily?  </h2>
<p><em>“Most of my daily tasks include communication with my customers. </em></p>
<p><em>“Customers will contact by phone or email, and I will answer their questions and solve their problems. </em></p>
<p><em>“I also treat the payroll of my clients when they submit them daily.  </em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;I always say that the most important part of my work is to ensure that employees are paid properly and on time.&#8221; </em></p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Q: Are there any common ideas on the outsourcing of the pay you want to eliminate?  </h2>
<p><em>“Outsourcing may have the impression of losing control of your pay, but our customers always have access to their payrolls and the reports they need. </em></p>
<p><em>“The purpose of outsourcing is to rationalize the process. </em></p>
<p><em>“Customers do not have to worry about tax forms or to make and send payments to select suppliers. </em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;It can be a huge time saving and allows them to focus on other areas of their business.&#8221;</em></p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Q: What advice would you give to companies that plan to outsource their pay?  </h2>
<p><em>“Communication with your payroll business is the key, especially if something changes with your payroll, such as adding insurance or 401 (K). </em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;Most items can easily be accommodated, we just need to know them.&#8221; </em></p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Q: How does technology play a role in rationalizing payroll?  </h2>
<p><em>“Technology really rations all aspects of payroll.  </em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;Software calculates income, taxes and creates relationships with ease.&#8221; </em></p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Q: What do you think you can distinguish your team or your service from others in industry?</h2>
<p><em>“Our customer service really distinguishes us. </em></p>
<p><em>“Mypay Solutions offers a specialist dedicated to payroll to work with customers. </em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;Instead of reaching out and getting a different person every time, you will have someone who knows your business and can easily help you with what you need. </em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;Other services have a general queue, and if someone has to call a problem several times, they can speak with several people. </em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;They must almost start again with their question every time, which causes a lot of frustration.&#8221;</em></p>

<p>In this episode, I had the pleasure of chatting with a payroll manager of our offshore team, Yuvabarathi T K.</p>

<p><em>“I noticed that the pay offers a combination of compliance, work in number and general challenge.</em></p>

<p>We really believe that our people are what means that our payroll service, Iris Payroll Services, stands out from the competition.</p>
<p>That said, we understand that for those who have not yet established a partnership with us, it may seem any other service.</p>
<p>My goal is to tackle this and show you incredible people behind our service!</p>
<p>I launched this series of blogs &#8220;Meet the team&#8221;, where I asked some quick questions to some of our brilliant colleagues, giving you the chance to get to know them better.</p>
<p>In this blog, I had the pleasure of speaking with Irene Therem, our customer pay manager.</p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Q: What led you to pursue a payroll in pay? </h2>
<p><em>“At the start, I found my way in pay by chance, but it quickly turned out to be a turning point in my career.</em></p>
<p><em>“By working in a human resources service by focusing on social benefits and recruitment, I was asked to intervene and temporarily manage the pay while my manager experienced maternity leave.</em></p>
<p><em>“What started as a short -term responsibility quickly became a real passion.</em></p>
<p><em>“I discovered how much I appreciated the structure, attention to the details and the critical nature of the pay.</em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;From that moment, I knew it was the right way for me, and now I couldn&#8217;t imagine doing something else.&#8221;</em></p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Q: Can you tell us a bit about your role and what you do daily?  </h2>
<p><em>“As responsible for customer payroll, I am responsible for management and treatment independently of more than 40 payrolls each month, mainly general medicine practices, but also to support a range of other types of customers.</em></p>
<p><em>“My role is to supervise the complete cycle of the payroll, from the initial entry of the data to the final processing and the reports.</em></p>
<p><em>“This includes verification of employee tax codes, the precise calculation of pro-rata payments for beginners / outgoing and the guarantee of retirement contributions are properly applied in accordance with customer specifications and legal requirements.</em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;I am also responsible for maintaining strict compliance with the GDPR, HMRC regulations, self-registration pension rules and wider legislation for employment.&#8221;</em></p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Q: Are there any common ideas on the outsourcing of the pay you want to eliminate? </h2>
<p><em>“A false common idea on the outsourcing of the pay is that it is as simple as to press a button and that the payroll takes place.</em></p>
<p><em>“In reality, there is a significant amount of work that takes place behind the scenes.</em></p>
<p><em>“Each payroll requires checks, calculations and in -depth compliance exams, whether to validate tax codes, process statutory payments, manage starters / outgoing, properly apply retirement contributions, ensure data security or maintain legal compliance.</em></p>
<p><em>“It is a meticulous process that requires precision, up -to -date knowledge of legislation and constant attention to detail.</em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;Payroll professionals play an essential role in ensuring that people are paid properly and in time, and that companies remain in accordance with all relevant regulations.&#8221;</em></p>

<p>“My advice to companies that plan to outsource their pay is to consider it as a strategic decision rather than an administrative decision.</p>
<p>“Payroll does not only consist of paying employees &#8211; it is a question of ensuring compliance with constantly changing legislation, maintaining data security and providing a coherent and error -free process each time.</p>
<p>“Outsourcing to a renowned supplier, like IRIS, can relieve your internal team from a very technical and long task, which allows them to focus on the main commercial priorities.</p>
<p>“However, it is important to choose a supplier that offers more than software. </p>
<p>“They should offer expertise, support and transparency.</p>
<p>&#8220;I recommend that you ask questions about how they manage legislative changes, how accessible their team is and on the controls they have in place to ensure precision and data protection.</p>

<p><em>“Technology rationalizes payroll by automating calculations, reducing errors and ensuring compliance with legislation.</em></p>
<p><em>“It allows transparent integration with HR and time systems, improving precision and economy time.</em></p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Q: What do you think of distinguishing your team from others in industry?</h2>
<p><em>“This is the level of customer service we provide.</em></p>
<p><em>“Our team is friendly, responsive and always ready to make an additional effort.</em></p>
<p><em>“Customers can count on us for fast and precise pay treatment, and we establish solid labor relationships by being accessible and easy to work.</em></p>
