<p>At Iris Payroll Services, we firmly believe that it was our people who really developed our service outsourcing of others.</p>
<p>However, we understand that if you have not yet worked with us, it could initially look like another service.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m here to change that! This <em>&#8216;Meet the team&#8217;</em> The series of blogs is my way of shining a projector on some of our fantastic colleagues, asking them some quick questions so that you can know them better.</p>
<p>In this episode, I had the pleasure of chatting with a payroll manager of our offshore team, Yuvabarathi T K.</p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Q: What led you to pursue a payroll in pay? </h2>
<p><em>“I noticed that the pay offers a combination of compliance, work in number and general challenge.</em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;My passion for precision, process improvements and problem solving all of the payroll requirements, keeping the exciting and fulfilling role!&#8221;</em></p>

<p><em>“As a payroll manager, I head an extremely talented team of payroll experts.</em></p>
<p><em>“My fields of key results (KRAS) are mainly linked to quality, time delivery, efficiency, compliance and upgrading of the team.</em></p>
