Certification comes from an excellent place in Work®, the global authority on the culture of the workplace, following the results of an anonymous survey of employees. This year, 88% of respondents agreed with the declaration “Taking everything into account, I would say that this is an excellent place to work” – against 79% last year, which highlights the interest of IRIS in continuous improvement in the workplace.

The annual survey measures a variety of factors such as experience in the workplace, the well-being of the workplace, commitment initiatives and trust in leadership. Iris has exceptionally obtained well in a number of areas, including:
