We’ve consolidated our approval systems into our modern workflow engine, paving the way for new automation options for employee requests and onboarding. This will give you more power and control over your employee lifecycle.

New name for job requisitions and onboarding approvals

To clear up any confusion, we’ve renamed the custom security setting for purchase requests and integration approvals to “Workflows and Approvals.” This is only a name change.

Right to leave upon departure

We have improved the way final leave entitlements are calculated. If departure is canceled or a termination date changes, the system now automatically updates leave balances for you. This means one less thing to worry about when managing employee departures.

Our new method of assigning sites and positions allows you to assign entire groups of employees with a single click. Plus, with the new auto-assignment feature, new hires are automatically added, saving you valuable time and reducing your administrative burden.

Legal leave requests now automatically synchronize with your employee’s payroll file. This feature is also now available on the mobile app, making it even easier to stay compliant and up-to-date no matter where you are.

Leave Conflict and Rotation Warnings

We’ve updated the Leave Summary report by separating the two charts (Accrued Leave and Leave Taken and Pending) and grouping the filters together to help you find the information you need faster and easier. It’s all about making your reporting workflow smoother.

The Benefits Management Report has been updated with great improvements. With consistent filters and two new fields, you can now easily access and use the data you need.

Improved HMRC statutory advance funding

This update allows you to enter the advance amount for an employee and let the system automatically track its usage, eliminating the hassle of manual tracking and keeping your P32 reports up to date.

Our first writing APIs are here. Now you can easily update employees’ personal and professional information directly. This means more power and flexibility for you to manage your data.

More flexibility with updated OpenAPI

For our developer community, we’ve updated our API rate limiting logic. The new user-based limits of 20 requests per second and 100 requests per minute are designed to improve platform stability and ensure a smoother experience for everyone.

Organizing the API UI

We’ve given the Developer Portal a facelift, updating the app creation flow to organize technical scopes into clear, logical groups. Now it’s easier than ever to select the correct permissions and start building.
