2024 was a great year for the team of job heroes, and 2025 will be even larger. That being said, let’s go directly to it – there is much to cover.
Platinum, Unlimited
For SMEs, each dollar counts. This is why we have facilitated the visualization of the total costs of your workforce per month with a new type of report. This new type of report includes the costs of real (currently occupied roles) and planned (vacant roles to be fulfilled), depending on the effective remuneration rate of each position. To access yours, go to the reports tab and select “labor planning cost”.
Keep the performance notes for up -to -date employees

Administrators now have the possibility of updating the performance notes of employees within the 9 -box talent grid, as well as managers in the name of their direct reports. This means that if a main manager is not available for any reason, the employees’ ratings can always be modified so that it remains up to date and precise. Try it by heading to the HR platform and selecting the 9-box talent grid from the Report tab.

Employees can now request comments by peers

You and your employees can now appropriate your professional development by requesting comments directly from colleagues. Connect to the HR platform and select development, then comments from the sidebar. There is a new request feedback button, as well as two new tabs to follow the requests sent and received.

Anonymous responses 360 examination

We gave administrators of larger features during the management of 360 journals, guaranteeing anonymity in the responses.
Now, when an employee creates his own 360 examination, he will have to select at least three respondents and can only see the results of the results rather than individualized responses. When an administrator creates a 360 exam in the name of other employees, they will also have to select at least three respondents for each employee in the exam.
Note: Administrators can always see the answers at the individual level.

See the employee certification statutes, quarter clashes and more

During the allocation of work quarters requiring certifications in the list management, the list of employees now displays the available employees “certified” or “not certified”. Any problem such as quarter clashes, unavailability or employee leave will be reported directly in the list of listing model of the list.

New “ we click ” and drag and drop options in the management of the list

In the management flow of the list, you can now record and publish changes with one click; Record and publish in the Shift Creation window or publish all offset offsets with the Publish button on the left side.
You can also drag and delete existing changes to different dates or between employees of employees.
Open leave requests

The management of leave requests may have the impression of walking on a tight rope. With the latest updates, we have rationalized this process to reduce the need for manual seizure and surveillance.
Employees can now submit open leave requests, which will automatically synchronize with payroll. All requests open within a salary period will be automatically paid until the end of this period. Leave requests are updated in real time when the end dates are added, rationalizing the leave process.
