We implement crucial updates to support new parents. In accordance with the 2023 law on neonatal care of the British government, we have introduced a new type of parental leave: leave and remuneration of statutory neonatal care. This will allow eligible parents of babies requiring neonatal care to receive up to 12 weeks of leave and, if they are eligible, pay. To provide maximum flexibility during this important period, this leave can be taken into blocks (according to specific guidelines), with other parental leave options available between the two. Our new feature includes break and curriculum vitae capacities for both leave and wages to meet these different needs.
